This post is a little late, but as the saying goes, "better late, ..."
We had a very beautiful First Holy Communion Mass for Kolbe on April 13th. Father Robert Weighner, came down from MD, to celebrate the Mass. We are truly blessed by his generosity, and the homily was one I will remember for some time (...the broken lamb and the Good Shepherd). The day was made even more special, by sharing it with one of Kolbe's good friends, Johnny Curran. Thank you to everyone who shared in this day... and to sum it up in the words of the first communicant himself, "Mom, this is my best day ever!"
